Some 15 years ago, after a brain-storming session involving employees, customers and suppliers, we were left looking at a table covered in 350 Post-It notes. Each, within the barely decipherable handwritten scrawl, contained a nugget of insight into some aspect of the business. How to make sense of them all? How to extract the value undoubtedly contained in them?
“It’s like making sense of soup,” said one of our advisors. Thus was born Pansensic.
